We saw this guy just a quarter-mile or so in.
The trail goes right down to the lake and out on to sand. She's looking at pelicans across the water...
...while I look for pictures.
Back to the Lake Lodge cafeteria for dinner...
...and then back out, up into the Hayden Valley again for the second time this day. She hoped, and obviously some others hoped, we might again see bears.
Sadly, no bears for you.
