Teton Pass.
We hung a right onto 22, passed through Wilson (don't blink), and headed over Teton Pass on our way back to Idaho Falls. At a huge turnout--I think to accommodate big tractor-trailers--we stopped to nosh lunch, mercifully for the last time, from our ice chest. We parked next to an acrophobic precipice overlooking the Snake River Valley south of Jackson Hole. You can see the road we've just come up in the center of the photo.
From the turnout looking northwest. The road continues behind and to the right of the parked car.
There's always another opportunity for a PottyPic when you're on vacation.
Within a hundred miles of Idaho Falls (it was a looooong day's drive) we saw smoke from a fire in the distance. I enjoy taking pictures from the window of a car going 75 mph, though a bit less when there's a keening spouse in the passenger's seat.
